Subject	tire and top speed

Message	I know the TT came from factory with larger tires in the rear then the front of the car(245-45x16). And that the NA had the same size all the way around(225-50x16). With stock size rims on my NA, would i be able to have the same tire size setup as a stock TT? Or would i need bigger rims on the rear to accomodate the 245-45x16? Lastly does anyone know the "published" top speed of a NA? Is it governed at 155 like the TT or is it governed lower? Tried google and search but it varies anywhere from 130 to 153. Thanks guys
